 illegal possession or use of a firearm by a person at least 13 but            
 not yet 18 years of age; relating to treatment programs required              
 for issuance or reissuance of a driver's license; and providing for

 felony crime against a person if committed by an adult; and

  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 11:36 a.m.                                                                 
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  CSHB 21(FIN)  (DRIVER'S LICENSE REVOCATION;          
 ALCOHOL/DRUGS) before the committee.  There being no discussion, he           
 asked for the will of the committee.                                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 21(FIN)             
 be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so                 
 ordered.                                                                      
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  CSHB 27(FIN) am  (DNA TESTING OF VIOLENT             
 OFFENDERS) before the committee.  There being no discussion, he               
 asked for the will of the committee.                                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 27(FIN)             
 am be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so

 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 7  (NO BAIL FOR FELONS W/PREVIOUS                 
 CONVICTIONS) before the committee.  There being no discussion, he             
 asked for the will of the committee.                                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 7 be                  
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 46  (PROSECUTE JUVENILE AS ADULT IN DIST.         
 CT.) before the committee.  However, he stated there had a request            
 for a substantive hearing on the bill so it would be rescheduled.             
                                                                               
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 58  (USE OF TITLE "INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST")         
 before the committee.  There being no discussion, he asked for the            
 will of the committee.                                                        
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 58 be                 
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.

 MISDEMEANOR) before the committee.  There being no discussion, he
